Diet and Exercise Analysis Essay

Yes, my alimentation habits has changed between week 2 and week 4. However, I go by up done a little cheating. I construct eaten a few foods that I was staying a focussing from. Foods want hot dogs, french fries and pizza pie among other foods I did non need. These ar foods that I have been staying away from for a few months now. I can frankly say, since I have been staying away from the buttery foods, I was emotional stateing difference. Now, this pass week, I have been eating junk foods, and I can really feel the difference. I have less energy, and my body feels way it used to feel when I was forever eating junk foods and fast foods. Yes commodity glad you noted this.
