Diet and Exercise Analysis Essay
Yes, my alimentation habits has changed between  week 2 and week 4. However, I   go by up done a little cheating. I  construct eaten a few foods that I was staying a focussing from. Foods  want hot dogs, french fries and  pizza pie among other foods I did  non need. These  ar foods that I have been staying away from for a few months now. I can  frankly say, since I have been staying away from the  buttery foods, I was  emotional stateing difference. Now, this pass week, I have been eating junk foods, and I can really feel the difference. I have less energy, and my body feels way it used to feel when I was  forever eating junk foods and fast foods. Yes  commodity glad you noted this. It is amazing when we  fresh it uphow much better we feel and how bad we feel when we eat  gooey My phsyical  visible activities has changed a little in the pass  2 weeks. I have been doing a little  travel, I have also been  getting out and getting into  much activities than usual.Next week  aft(prenomin   al) mothers day, my sisters and myself  atomic number 18 preparation on doing some more walking and a lttle more exercise. We  ar  intend on doing it together. Maybe we can  act upon it a little more  romp and a little bit more exciting. This is something I am really  sounding forward to. You are  single(a) spacing and adding a space which makes  foothold capitalize by themselves and is really incorrect in that you cannot do this. You had a few wrong  ground in the writing which you didnt  guarantee when you proofread the  shit however, your evaluation/ test of your  locomote is good in    terms of what you are explaining you have learned.
